Our company respects the rights of our customers. Below, you will find information necessary to lodge a complaint or return goods in a quick and convenient way in order to withdraw from the contract.
1. COMPLAINT
In order to lodge a complaint, please choose one of the following which describes your situation :
I have received:
a. a damaged product (excluding damage caused by transport);
b. a different product than I ordered ;
c. a product which does not conform with the contract..
If any of the above occurred, you can lodge a complaint. The complaint form can be found here.
The products should be properly secured during transport and delivered to our address:

2. RETURN
You can return the purchased product within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment.
The withdrawal form can be found here.
Once you submit your withdrawal form, you have 14 days to send the product back.
