SHIPMENT
 
 
Shipments are processed by external courier companies. Normally, the shipment is delivered on the next working day from the date of sending. Pro4IT is not responsible for delays on the part of courier companies.
Each parcel is insured. The responsibility for any damage to the parcel during transport lies with the carrier. 
 
REMEMBER! Always verify the shipment in the presence of the courier!
 
The estimated order processing time is 2–4 working days, depending on the quantity of ordered goods.
Goods ordered on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
 
 
SHIPPING COSTS 
 
 
Shipping costs depend on the chosen payment method:
* DHL courier – online payment (DotPay) -- PLN 100.00
* DHL courier – prepayment to the account -- PLN 100.00
You may also collect the equipment in person in our shop (no additional costs).
